DESCRIPTION:Our Members’ Annual General Meeting will be held in the Castle Suite of The Pastures Hotel at 7 p.m. \nThis is your opportunity to have your say about how the Club should be run. We have a strong committee that has\, in the main\, agreed to stay in post for the coming year. However\, the committee could always do with the support of new members\, especially this year as our Chairman is taking a 12 month sabbatical. In principle\, this means that we are looking for a Chairperson as well so if you feel that you could offer your services for this role then the committee would be delighted. \nIn the absence of a volunteer\, existing committee members will share the role between themselves so additional help on Committee would be very welcome. \nPlease get in touch with a committee member before the AGM to register your interest. \nThe meeting will also cover the planned events for 2019 and 2020 and Paul McLennan\, our PRO\, will be seeking your views on his ideas for 2020. \nTreasurer Phil has agreed to provide a complimentary pie and peas supper to those attending and wishing to partake of a meal. Could you let us know if you would like us to order pie and peas for you? \n
