First Summer Meeting of the Year at Ron & Yvonne’s pond: 8th May 2018

Many thanks to Ron and Yvonne Muse for taking the plunge and hosting our first meeting of the summer season. On behalf of all who attended I would like to thank you both for making us so welcome.

There were 38 of us which was a great turnout and I know that Yvonne was getting increasingly anxious that she would be able to feed everyone as she heard that the expected number of attendees kept growing. She needn’t have worried as no matter how hard we tried we couldn’t save Ron from a predictable menu for the next few days! Thanks also to Julie for bringing along a couple of her famous cakes and to those who helped to enable Ron and Yvonne to enjoy the evening as well.

Even the change in weather couldn’t put a damper on a great get-together in beautiful surroundings.
