My Koi eating an orange and a Savoy cabbage

Basically my fish eat better than I do as I regularly feed them Orange, Savoy Cabbage, muscles and pearl barley on top of their regular diet. They have always liked Savoy Cabbages, muscles and pearl barley but it did take them a few attempts to get a taste for orange.
